CAD/CAM Digital Design Services

As soon as we receive your impression or 3D scan data, our digital team will begin work immediately. We will digitize your impression using a 3D scanner and import the 3D data into our corresponding CAD/CAM software.

If your practice already has an intraoral scanner, you can easily send your digital 3D scan data directly to us via WeTransfer or email. This saves valuable time, as our dental technicians can access the digital data immediately – without the waiting time for mailing impressions to our lab.

3D printing and milling center

Our laboratory offers design and manufacturing services for the production of high-quality telescopic prostheses, implant-supported bar constructions, individual abutments, removable metal frameworks, crowns and bridges, as well as partial dentures.

After the CAD-based design, the data is transferred directly to our 3D printers or CNC milling machines to precisely mill or print the designs from various materials.

Our CAM technology mills precision components from a wide variety of materials such as metals (non-precious metals), zirconia, plastics, wax, PEEK as well as implant abutments, secondary structures for telescopic restorations, primary parts, bars with or without attachments, cast frameworks and prosthetics.

However, the color of natural teeth has an extremely complex, three-dimensional structure.
Therefore, we always conduct our visual color determination under standardized daylight lamps and use professional color charts from VITA, Ivoclar and other manufacturers for a precise, visual comparison.

Our dental technicians strictly adhere to the anatomical structure of the natural tooth. By building up the tooth layer by layer – from the inner crown and dentin layer to the incisal edge enamel layer and translucent layer – we precisely restore the internal structure and vitality of the tooth.
